The location is great near many shops and restaurants. The cabana cafe on property had live music, good food and plenty of drinks! The space was clean and the patio was awesome.- Anonymous , Posted: 3/12/2022
We would only stay at this particular property if updates were made. While it didn't ruin our vacation, we were quite disappointed in how filthy the kitchen and bathrooms were. Minimal cleaning appears to be done at checkout. We also had to wash the bedding because there were visible stains on the shams and comforters, kind of gross, especially knowing in this time of covid, all bedding is not being replaced at check out. The view was the saving grace, beds were pretty comfortable. Appliances need repair, especially the dryer filter. Toaster looks like it has never been cleaned, pots and pans were old and could be replaced. Pans in oven were dirty.- Anonymous , Posted: 8/8/2021

I have a few concerns. One of our concerns was an issue with our door. The bottom hinge was broke loose and the one above it, close to being completely separated. I told them about it day 1 and it was not repaired. The door had to be slammed and was difficult to operate. Another issue was the function of one of the elevators. It had problems our ENTIRE trip. 7 days. We got a scare in it, numerous others did as well. It was indeed the talk of the condo. The Fire Department even responded to help remove a family once also. The fact they continued to allow it to operate all week is ridiculous. Hours after someone would get stuck in it, it would be back open again. My kids for flat out freaked out and there is zero reason for it. If it was the first time it messed up, that?s one thing. Clearly someone wasn?t doing there job and assessing the issue properly. The cleanliness, it wasn?t great, wasn?t terrible. We don?t complain but are leaving an honest review. It could of been better, I felt like it was a quick clean before we arrived. For $4000 it should be spotless. Also, the dryer squeaked most the time bad enough you couldn?t even be in the room. I?m sure someone is aware of that but also realizes it?s going to get rented either way. I feel a lot of the times in these condos things get put off as long as possible before repairing.- Anonymous , Posted: 6/13/2021
