This 3 bedroom/ 2 story villa is located perfectly in Seascape resort with the beach access right across the street with the Whales Tail restaurant and beach bar! It is one of the closest villas to the beach and only a 4 minute walk. This villa features amazing lake views and convenient access to all Seascape resort amenities. This villa features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom upstairs, king size bed in the guest bedroom upstairs, and a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom. The master bedroom also has a balcony so you can sit and enjoy the amazing lake views! There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Villa comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Pack' N play and high chair is included if needed.
Lakefront villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

Best Miramar Beach stay yet!!!
Fourth year in Miramar Beach and 4th different place. Best yet. Perfect for Snowbirds. Place was clean and well equipped. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Table would sit 8. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Great location in Seascapes,screened in balcony overlooking golf hole. Heated pool was fabulous 2 minute walk. Beach was 5 minute walk. Have already booked with 3D Beach Rentals for next year. 3D was great host, easy to contact and very helpful. Toaster died abd the delivered a new one that afternoon. Could not be happier with the whole experience. Awesome stay
The property was very nice and so close to the beach you don’t have to drive pretty much anywhere everything is walking distance nice home with plenty of space I will definitely save this property for our next vacation. Nice Condo Convenient Location
3 king beds, 3 baths, a nice living room, a porch with a view of a hole on the golf course and the lake. A pool is located very close by and the beach is a short walk. Seascape Beach Rental
Beds were very comfortable! Linens were nice. Rental was very clean. Beach was across the street & easy access. Rental company responded very quickly when we asked them for additional towels.
