Ariel Dunes II 1307
Welcome to “Miramar Dreams”! Newly remodeled with a “coastal chic” look, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in Ariel Dunes II at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach. This thirteenth floor condo (#1307) in Ariel Dunes II features one of the most scenic sunset views from the spacious balcony along the Emerald Coast. The entrance of the building has spectacular views of the Seascape Golf Course and Choctawhatchee Bay.
This spacious condo has 9-foot ceilings with 8-foot sliding glass doors for ocean views from both the living room and primary suite and accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are TVs in the primary bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. The condo comes with in-unit washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fitness room access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for pack 'n play rental. Coffee lovers will find a drip coffee maker along with a Keurig single serve pod.
Ariel Dunes II features abundant amenities, including 2,000 linear feet of crystal white beach just a short stroll away using a pedestrian bridge that crosses lovely Stewart Lake. Three swimming pools wrap around this tower's base, encompassing 11,000 square feet of sparkling fun. One of the pools is heated during the off season. Other spectacular amenities include a golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, state-of-the-art fitness center with a sauna, water sports rental, bike rentals, outdoor grills, and great food, drinks, live entertainment, and room service from the onsite Cabana Café.
The new Seascape Towne Center is located within the Seascape Resort and features shopping, dining, games, and live entertainment. This 55,000 square foot lakeside development was designed for the whole family. The kids can enjoy the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, events plaza, laser tag, and arcade. Seascape Resort has everything you need right here on site!
This great Miramar Beach location is close to popular beachfront restaurants with friendly bars. Some within walking distance include the colorful Cabana Cafe next door at Ariel Dunes I, the casual Whale's Tail which usually has a fun “come one come all” volleyball game, and the Royal Palm Grill at Surfside Resort with poolside dining along with sunset beach bonfires. Grocery stores and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets are also nearby. Delightful amusements, wonderful restaurants, bars with live music, shopping adventures, outdoor concerts, fabulous festivals, and exciting seasonal firework celebrations are minutes away at the captivating Village of Baytowne Wharf and the swank Grand Boulevard of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. There are many other nearby outlets such as Destin Commons, which include restaurants and shopping. All Around Wonderful
We loved the condo from the moment we saw it listed. We were looking for beach vibes and a Gulf view. Unlike other rentals, we found the two bedroom, 2 bathroom with a king bed and queen bed perfect to meet our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were surprised to find a washer and dryer as well. Two very large screen TV’s along with very comfortable seating provided relaxation and entertainment. Really loved sitting on the balcony to read, play games, converse and just relax. The tall table and chairs, the rockers and the extra chairs were much appreciated. Three pools were below our 13th floor balcony but we preferred to walk on the deep, white sand beach in the evenings to avoid burns and enjoy the magnificent views. Highly Recommend!
The condo exceeded our expectations and made for a truly memorable vacation. The views from the balcony were stunning, and its location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, activities, and the outlet mall. Inside, the condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt cozy yet stylish. The attention to detail created a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Being able to walk to restaurants was a huge plus, and having the beach and attractions nearby made everything convenient and enjoyable. Perfect Beach Getaway
Perfect location for everything — beach, shopping, entertainment. We loved the awesome beach views from the condo and patio was great for enjoying the sea breezes.
