This fifeteenth floor condo (1503), in Ariel Dunes II, features one of the most scenic views along the Emerald Coast. This unit features a newly remodeled and modern look with 2 bedrooms for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 6 with a master bedroom that has a king size bed, guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for Pack' N play rental.
Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

We'll be back to 1503 Ariel Dunes II!
We enjoyed our 6 night stay in Ariel Dunes II on the Gulf of Mexico, and found our condo clean and cozy! Everything was as described and the furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. We especially liked the balcony and the balcony furniture for relaxing and enjoying a morning beverage while gazing across the lake out to the beautiful blue water! We would walk across Lake Stewart on the way to the beach, keeping an eye out for our turtle friends. Then while walking the beach we saw dolphins! There is a Dairy Queen within walking distance, as well as a Circle K gas station where you could get some basic groceries if needed. A fun bar called The Sandlot just opened at the entrance to the Seascape resort. We walked everywhere and had a great time!- Anonymous from Brunswick, Posted: 6/2/2025

Repeat Stay Ariel Dunes II #1503
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo again. It was our favorite rental 2 years ago and remains our favorite. We have used 3D Beach Rental several times for our rentals at Seascape. Our stay was the best rental experience we have had to date. The condo is beautifully decorated, the views of Stewart Lake and the gulf are awesome and the location is great. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped! Plus we used the outdoor grills several times. We absolutely enjoyed our one month stay and were a bit sad to leave.
