This nicely updated 1,110 sq. ft. condo which sleeps six includes a fully equipped kitchen. Two full baths -- one in an en suite; combo dining room and family room with high ceilings and glass sliders for easy balcony access. Covered balcony is fully furnished and measures a spacious 25 ft x 8 ft. You'll enjoy free WiFi, 3 tvs (one in each bedroom), and free cable with an extensive list of channels. Plenty of closet space, linens/towels, In-building washer/dryer.
Meal planning is a breeze with Publix, Winn-Dixie grocery and liquor stores just a short drive away. Not in the mood for cooking? There are many casual or upscale restaurants for dining in or take-out. Be sure to set aside a day for shopping at Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard or Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall with over 100 brand name stores. The entire family will enjoy The Village of Baytowne Wharf that includes shopping, a ropes course, playground, carousel, great dining, arcade games, sweet treats, live music, festivals and movies.

Fun in the Sun!!!
This cute little villa in the Seascape Resort was an absolute dream! I used to go to Destin with my family when I was little, so it was very nostalgic to be back there again. The villa itself is decorated with cool and calming colors. The mattresses were so comfortable! I actually checked to see what kind of mattress it was so I could go find one for my home. Dealing with the resort was seamless. They delivered a chair and umbrella to my door. I highly recommend getting a beach trolly as well. There are plenty of activities for children around the area including the multiple pools on the property. The beach was beautiful and I met some wonderful people while out there. I loved being able to explore the area around the resort as well. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in close proximity. It was also so convenient that both Target and Walmart delivered groceries directly to the door of the villa. It was exactly the vacation I needed to rest and recuperate from everyday life. Relaxing condo
Quiet and relaxing condo. Right next to the golf course. Ground-level unit with porch that allows you to enjoy the breeze and hear the birds. Clean place with comfortable furniture. Clean and Convienient
The unit we stayed in was clean and convienient to the beach. It stated in the listed that we were a 5 min walk from the beach, I would like to say that isn't quite accurate, especially with kids and beach cart. Seascape didn't have private beach access either, but they did have parking across from the beach and whales tail. Property was clean and secure and quiet. We thought we were not going to have access in our unit to washer and dryer, but it did have that. TV in guest bedroom didn't work. It also had the coolest fold a way bed in the living room under the tv. Beds were a little more firm than what we like, but overall it was clean and nice.- Anonymous from Knoxville, Posted: 7/1/2025
