The “Pointed Beak Fish” Condo
We are yearly Destin visitors and have always stayed with the same resort. This year we changed to Ariel Dunes after many units we chose this one. 4th floor with a beautiful view just enough to see the ocean. The walk from main floor elevator to beach was 3 minutes. One evening we walked down scenic to Kilwins for ice cream. This unit has a giant Marlin on the wall which my youngest firmly named the “pointed beak fish” and we where so sad to leave. We plan on re booking this same unit next May. Slept 5 of us comfortably. Pros: Communication, Proximity to beach, Modern details flooring, balcony huge, views stunning, right off elevator and overall very clean unit! I LOVED the shelving in the laundry room it was so practical with the daily loads. There are beach umbrellas and chairs in the unit for use.
No Cons per se but some suggestions: more kitchen and bathroom trash bags(they brought me some immediately when I messaged), swap curtains out in master bedroom and the rod appears to be loose a bit. Thicker blankets like down comforters would be great (pillows where wonderful)

Great rental for spring break
This was the perfect rental. Spacious, clean and a perfect location. Loved the option to go to the pool or walk to the beach. Peaceful perfection!
We needed to get away and sought resuscitation and respite at the beach. This condo was quite, very clean, has beautiful and interesting views and comfortably contained me and my four sons! Walking across the serene pond to get a coffee ☕️ and drink 🍹 on the beach 🏖️ was sublime! The correspondence with and reception from the extremely professional and courteous property management 3D Beach Rentals was the kindest customer service I’ve received in a long time.
