This twenty floor condo (2004), in Ariel Dunes II, features one of the best views in the building with miles of pristine beach on full dispay from the balcony! A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 6 with a master bedroom (kingg size bed), guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for Pack' N play rental.
Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

Loved Our Stay!
We had the best time at Ariel Dunes II - our first attempt at "snow-birding." Our condo was lovely and well stocked with the basics, very clean, and a nice space. Loved our view of the Gulf from our space on the 20th floor! When we had the need to contact 3D Beach Rentals, they were extremely responsive and helpful - the minor issues we had were resolved very quickly. The only suggestion we might have for the future is that we didn't find the furniture particularly comfortable. It was clean and pretty recent, but we just weren't comfortable for very long sitting on them. That went for the balcony furniture as well, but I think that could easily be resolved with new pads for the chairs, etc. I'd still give our overall stay a 4.5 stars at least, and would love to have the opportunity to stay again if it works out!- Anonymous from Winterport, Posted: 3/16/2026Thank you for your feedback! Fun in the sun
We really enjoyed staying at Arial Dunes II. The condo was clean and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the large balcony with a great view of the ocean! Swimming in the 3 pools was fun! This property was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be returning. So clean, so comfortable, GORGEOUS view and the walk to the beach was scenic and easy! We absolutely loved our time here and we wish we could?ve stayed longer than we did! Cant wait to go back! So worth it. Truly a relaxing condo for a vacation.
