With views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and 18-hole golf course from the front door and spectacular views of the Emerald Coast and Stewart Lake from the back door you may never want to leave. This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo has it all and is perfect for the kids to have their own space. This spacious floor plan has 9-foot tall ceilings with 8-foot tall sliding glass doors for ocean views from both the living room and master suite. This ninth floor condo (901), in Ariel Dunes I, is a corner unit featuring amazing gulf views of the emerald coast. You can enjoy expansive views of the gulf directly from the balcony as well as the 3 pools that Ariel Dunes offers. This unit features an updated and well decorated design with 3 bedrooms for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. Just a short walk (literally 400 steps) to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 12 with a master bedroom that opens onto the balcony, and 2 guest bedrooms, each with full bathroom attached. One of the guest bedrooms has it's own balcony that overlooks the golf course on the northern side of the building. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen in one guest bedroom, and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on the top, double bed underneath. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Condo comes with in unit full size washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access.
Ariel Dunes 1 is located in the center of the 300 acre Seascape Resort on the beach and without all of the road noise. The rear of the building has spectacular view of the 18-hole Seascape Golf Course and Choctawhatchee Bay and the front of the building is facing the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Ariel Dunes 1 has 3 large private pools. One of the pools is heated during the off season. Another one is a zero entry pool, and the other pool has a mushroom fountain for the kids. The spectacular amenities include 2000 feet of private beach, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, water sports rental, bike rentals, and room service from the Cabana Café. Or you can dine beach side at Whale's Tail Bar & Grill just right across the street.
The new Seascape Towne Center is located within the Seascape Resort and features shopping, dining, games, and live entertainment. This 55,000 square foot lakeside development was designed for the whole family. The kids can enjoy the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, events plaza, laser tag, and arcade. Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach has everything you need right here on site!

Great for a family!
The condo fit our adult family of six very comfortably. It was especially nice for each couple to have their own bedroom & bathroom. We enjoyed our view from the balcony & there was plenty of seating for all of us. Fairly short walk to the beach. Great Place to Stay!

The condo was exactly like shown in pics we were very happy that we have the basics we were short a couple pillow cases and blankets the staff were quick to respond to our needs. Wonderful Stay for Family & Kids
We really enjoyed the location and the views of both the bay and the ocean from our room. The multiple bathrooms and the bunk beds were great for our kids. The kitchen was clean and well stocked as we did a lot of cooking. It was nice to have the downstairs cafe for a quick meal. Plenty of seating space for a big family. The heated pool was nice to have in the March weather and it was a quick walk to the beach. Showers were available outside to wash off the sand. There were plenty of luggage carts and shopping carts to bring in groceries and suitcases. Even with a lot of spring breakers, our location was surprisingly quiet. Laundry machines worked well. Great Family Vacation Rental!!
There were a total of 7 adults and 4 children staying with us on this trip. There was tons of space for us to sleep and store all of our beach gear. Views of the ocean were amazing. The balcony and corner placements allowed for all of the guests to enjoy the views at once. The pool was great for our kiddos with a short walk to the beach. Exceptional
I recently stayed at this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in Florida with a breathtaking sea view, and it was nothing short of amazing!
