Beautiful condo at a great location!

Secure and clean. Close to beautiful beach and lots to do for families.

As a real estate agent in Kentucky that manages rental property, I was impressed to see the 3D Beach Rentals company take pride in making sure all maintenance items were taking care of quickly for the owners.

Although not beachfront, the property has nicer pools then most condos in the area and was a short scenic walk to the beach. I recommend that if you are staying at ariel dunes with a few kids it is a good idea to drive a vehicle over to the beach in the mornings and park close to the walk with all your beach gear. There was always parking available in the mornings during spring break week and it made getting the family to the beach very easy without the hassle of dragging the toys and chairs.

Thank you so much for everything! I also appreciate the early check in for my family so we didnt have to sleep on the beach. It wasnt expected, but was very appreciated.

Fun week. No issues. The tv would lose signal sometimes, but whos in Destin to watch tv anyways?! Lol

We had no complaints whatsoever. We loved the condos, the location to the beach, the convenience and energy of the Cabana Cafe, and the people that we met. We can't wait to come back!

This is an amazing spot! Perfect distance to the beautiful white sand beach. Pools are amazing and the condo is close to anything you could need. My family and I had a great vacation here; I guarantee we will be going again as soon as possible

Nice booking experience!

Our recent stay was amazing! The condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was very comfortable and well furnished. Each room had its own separate bathroom, two of them had larger walk-in showers. Many upgraded appliances in the kitchen. The open floor concept was more than enough room for the two of us and our 4 friends. There was a fully furnished large covered patio to hang out on with beautiful pools below. The walk to the beach was comfortably short, and our meals in the restaurant on the first floor were awesome! We will be booking this place in the future

Beautiful place, super clean, restaurant downstairs, pools were beautiful and a short walk to the beach and shops. This is the spot if youre staying in Destin!!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Its a quick 5 minute walk from the beach and also has wonderful pools for quick access to some water. There are so many activities and restaurants close by. The condo is very large with a beautiful patio. All in all, this is an amazing vacation perfect for families.

3D beach rentals was very easy to use. I was provided with great pictures of the property.

I stayed here with my family and it was perfect. The condo was spacious and clean. The patio is an amazing place to relax and looks right Over the pool. It is a quick 5 min walking to the beautiful beach. Downstairs there is a great little restaurant for lunch and dinner. This is a great place to vacation.

When I had a question, management was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with.

We rented Spyglass in March 2022 and it was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the house. Overall it is a great property. It was clean, in good condition, and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable. The location is accessible to plenty of shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The kitchen has modern appliances. There are several covered decks for sitting outside and relaxing. It was an easy walk to the beach where we had 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for us each day. I would definitely rent this home again the next time we are in the Destin area!

Frog noise at night made it difficult to fall asleep. Must be a downside to staying near the pond on that side of the property. Bedroom upstairs was very small. Kept hitting head on the ceiling. No fan in this room (because of low, angled ceiling) so it was warm. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Chris was extremely informative throughout the booking process. He was very helpful and responded right away through text message and email. After we thought we left some items behind, we asked for assistance and he went back to the room to look for our items. Turns out we located them in our family member's luggage but he was very responsive and quick to act. We greatly appreciated his efforts and professionalism.

We had a very pleasant stay at this location. Although we were on the 14th floor, we rarely had to wait for an available elevator. The ice machines on the first floor made it very convenient for us. Also, the proximity of the beach was a huge plus and when you were tired of the beach, return to the property and rinse off in one of the many fresh water stations and jump into one of 6 property pools. This property is located very close to a major highway and has a Winn Dixie less than a mile away. In all, we had a great experience at this location...If the site would have had a hot tub and the June Grass (OUT OF THEIR CONTROL) was NOT there, it would have been an epic location. WE CERTAINLY WILL BE BACK!

The one time I had to call ( because the code to get in didnt work) I was met with a quick, friendly response and the problem was solved immediately.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed staying there. We had family that lives in the area visit and there was plenty room for all of us. They are going to tell other family and friends how nice they condo was too.

The property we stayed in was just as described and pictured on the website. It was very clean and comfortable. If I had a question, I just texted it to 3D and they provided immediate response.
