This second floor condo (201), in Ariel Dunes I, has an expanded, covered balcony that wraps around to the eastern side of the building. You can enjoy expansive views of the gulf as well as the 3 pools that Ariel Dunes offers. This unit features an updated and well decorated design with 3 bedrooms for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. Just a short walk (literally 400 steps) to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 8 with a master bedroom that opens onto the plus sized balcony, and 2 guest bedrooms, each with full bathroom attached. One of the guest bedrooms has it’s own balcony that overlooks the golf course on the northern side of the building. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen in one guest bedroom, and another queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom. Plus, there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Condo comes with in unit full size washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access.
Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

We had a great time at this condo. Close to the beach, restaurants, grocery shopping and coffee shops.
It looks like its has been recently updated with new paint in the main area and kitchen.
The kitchen was clean and well equipped with plenty of cookware and dishes. The ice maker in the large refrigerator was an added plus and the Vitamix came in handy for making our morning juice drinks.
We spent hours on the oversized patio that was furnished with a table and chairs for six, 3 lounge chairs and a couple of sitting chairs.
The beds and the furniture throughout were extremely comfortable. If I had to guess I would say most were fairly new.
What an upgrade from other places Ive stayed. It was so nice to stay in such a clean and well maintained condo.
I really liked that we had a view of the gulf which included a view of the beach hazard flags for water conditions.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing and affordable condo in Miramar Beach.

The condo we stayed in (Ariel Dunes I/ 201) is a CLEAN, well-appointed, generously-sized 3-bedroom unit. Each bedroom boasts a private bath. The condos kitchen is just like the kitchen in your own homeeverything you need to prepare any meal is already there! Your meals can be served at the indoor dining table, or step outside on to the wrap-around deck and panoramic views to enjoy your meals. If youre finished sunbathing at the nearby beaches, or splashing in any of the many in-ground pools located on the compound, stop at the first floor restaurant and enjoy any of the delicious meals and libations offered there.
As you might have guessed, we L-O-V-E staying in this unit! And well lock-in our dates at Ariel Dunes I/ 201 for our next Florida stay, too!!!
Give it a try, you wont be disappointed!!!

This is an amazing spot! Perfect distance to the beautiful white sand beach. Pools are amazing and the condo is close to anything you could need. My family and I had a great vacation here; I guarantee we will be going again as soon as possible

Our recent stay was amazing! The condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was very comfortable and well furnished. Each room had its own separate bathroom, two of them had larger walk-in showers.
Many upgraded appliances in the kitchen. The open floor concept was more than enough room for the two of us and our 4 friends. There was a fully furnished large covered patio to hang out on with beautiful pools below.
The walk to the beach was comfortably short, and our meals in the restaurant on the first floor were awesome!
We will be booking this place in the future

This property is absolutely beautiful. Its a quick 5 minute walk from the beach and also has wonderful pools for quick access to some water. There are so many activities and restaurants close by. The condo is very large with a beautiful patio. All in all, this is an amazing vacation perfect for families.

I stayed here with my family and it was perfect. The condo was spacious and clean. The patio is an amazing place to relax and looks right Over the pool. It is a quick 5 min walking to the beautiful beach. Downstairs there is a great little restaurant for lunch and dinner. This is a great place to vacation.
